Member validation is for two years from the issue date and must be renewable thereafter.

Used products, damaged or broken purchased through the professional discount program can not be returned or exchanged unless they are approved manufactured defective goods.

Discount cards and member IDs are for member usage only. Abuse of this policy will forfeit your membership.
